2. REGISTRATION. The Win A website of the Week (herein the “Draw”) commences on 12:01 am EST on Jan. 1, 2005, and closes at 11:59 pm EST on Dec. 31, 2005. The draw will take place every eight weeks on the first Monday at approximately 2:00 pm from all eligible entries received by the draw closing date.
